A+ families need to be identified in VT based on the funding that the home visitor is paid from, by adding the following to your drop down site fund code:

·         Autism grant funded home visitors should add Autism to the drop down menu.

·         THV funded home visitors should designate participating children by adding dashA ie -A to their existing THV code. example: 34023-A

·         Locally funded home visitors should add dash A to their existing funding code, ie Dallas-A
